  We have one of the POS Samsung french door refrigerators where all the ice makers freeze up. There is an outstanding "Bulletin" for the issue since it so common.
  
  I called WVA and a repair guy came out later that same day. He knew what the issue was but Samsung requires the tech to be standing in front of the unit to verify it is the correct issue. It was 1.5 years after purchase and outside the 1 year warranty but the tech actually helped me to get it covered under warranty with Samsung.
  
  Solid service so I will be using them for repairs and likely purchases in the future.
